Parsian E-commerce Company (TOP) is the online banking subsidiary company of Parsian Bank. TOP was established in 2000 as the first Payment Service Provider (PSP), due to extensive need for development and extension of e-Banking systems. The company currently provides services by 1.2 million POS terminals in 1091 city for over 20 banks and financial institutes and was ranked as the 16th PSP in the world (2021 Nilson report).
