Pemerintah Tangkas

Pemerintah Tangkas (Rinkas) is an initiative that was born from the passion to optimize government bureaucracy through Agile implementation. The successful implementation of Agile in various government projects shows that Waterfall is not the only method that works well with bureaucracy. The widespread application of Agile to other fields outside of information technology (IT) also further emphasizes that Agile can be integrated with bureaucracy. To achieve this goal, Rinkas works by spreading the manifesto, principles and ways of working Agile to state civil servants (ASN) in various government agencies.
