The Penn State Women in Engineering Program (WEP) mission is to actively promote an equitable and productive environment in the College of Engineering through advocacy and action. WEP attracts and recruits diverse students to engineering and computer science and provides resources to facilitate academic and career success of undergraduate and graduate engineering and computer science students.
