Pharmaserve - Lilly is the joint venture company between Pharmaserve (a Greek healthcare company) and Eli Lilly (an international pharmaceutical company based in the USA). Pharmaserve was formed in 1984 and in 1994 it combined with Lilly to create the Pharmaserve - Lilly joint venture. Pharmaserve - Lilly is active in the fields of pharmaceutical representation, clinical trials, over the counter and parapharmaceutical representation, medical device representation and healthcare equipment distribution.
