The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is responsible for the efficient law enforcement of all provisions on any dangerous drugs and/or precursors and essential chemicals. Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, created the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
