Philkoei International, Inc. (PKII) is a design, engineering and consulting firm established in the Philippines in October 1989. It has a strong and dynamic manpower of highly qualified, experienced and technically trained engineers, architects and professionals which are assigned to the company’s various project offices. While the firm is primarily based in the Philippines, PKII has established in 2006 its International Consulting Group (ICG) to offer professional consulting services to the global market. In particular, ICG has deployed permanent staff and consultants to various parts of the world including Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Jordan, Kenya, Mozambique, India, Japan, Micronesia, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Lao PDR and Myanmar.
