The company has 31 branches located all over Bangladesh and provides online insurance services through most of its branches. Phoenix Insurance Company is one of the leading first-generation general insurance companies in Bangladesh founded in 1986. Mr, Deen Mohammad, Chairman of the Phoenix Group along with Maj. Gen. Abdul Mannan Siddique (Retd) and a group of business entrepreneurs initially formed the company with a paid-up capital of Taka 30 million.
