Picker is a not-for-profit organisation which puts people's experiences at the heart of delivering person centred care. We influence policy and practice so that health and social care systems are always structured around the needs and preferences of patients and service users. We ensure all experiences of care are used to improve quality. We empower people working in health and social care to improve experiences by measuring, understanding and acting upon; staff, patient and service user experience.
