The official youth affiliate of the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA), networking with brands and companies, growing with empowered industry leaders. We are a professional student-led federation, devoted to providing career opportunities through brand collaborations, marketing competitions, annual student-conferences, leadership training programs, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) movements through our Juan Movement initiatives with over 300 tapped schools and 50,000 active marketing students, by bridging our vast networks in the industry. We are known for spearheading the biggest annual student-conferences in the country: • MadWorld - the largest junior marketing and advertising convention in the Philippines. • Juan Big Idea - celebrating the rich Filipino culture behind impactful modern marketing advancements. • Marketista Awards - recognizing the prestigious leaders and organizations who served the marketing community, known as the search for The Outstanding Junior Marketing Association of the Philippines. We continue to serve for over 4 decades of Crossing Borders as the national alliance with officers and associates from different universities and colleges representing their local Junior Marketing Association (JMA).
