We are a non-profit, 96-bed, Green County owned skilled nursing facility located in the picturesque rolling hills of southern Wisconsin. We offer both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation in our newly renovated facility. Our friendly, dedicated staff pay thoughtful attention to each resident, creating an atmosphere of comfort and healing.
