Primewaterview was set up to effectively seize opportunities presented in the competitive luxury residential market in the highbrow corridor of the Lagos metropolis in Nigeria. The company quickly made its presence felt in this sector within the last few years of operations by transforming from small units of residential developments to multiple residential gated communities, while utilizing sound project management skills, effective quality control mechanisms and excellent turnaround time.Up to date Primewaterview has been able to deliver 210 units of housing within 5 years of its operations, and is poised to do a lot better in the coming years. Presently it is developing over 800 units of housing at a number of locations within the Oniru & Lekki axis of Lagos State.
