Project Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) is a comprehensive development and construction project management firm with projects in every major city in Texas — as well as Louisiana, Florida, and Ohio. More than 15 years ago, PMSI was formed by longtime friends and co-workers, Peter Hayes, Brenda Hayes and Eric Goodloe. Shortly after opening the doors, they were able to hire their first employee, Andrew Stanton, who helped them grow the business and became the fourth Principal of PMSI. Due to this core group of PMSI Principals’ commitment to honesty, integrity and professionalism, PMSI has built an expert team managing hundreds of projects valued at over $2 billion to date.
