To improve the health and well-being of the diverse communities we serve by providing high-quality, equitable healthcare to people of all ages. We deliver primary medical, behavioral health, and dental services to the underserved. Promise Healthcare provides 35,000 patient visits and care for over 10,000 patients annually through Frances Nelson, our SmileHealthy dental programs, satellites on Walnut at Rosecrance and the Presence Covenant Medical Center Community Resource Center, and our mobile clinics.
