GTM Appraisal, LLC provides appraisal review services for TxDOT right of way projects. Owner Galen Morrison first began reviewing appraisals for infrastructure projects in 1989. To date he has provided his services in 20 TxDOT districts and partnered with approximately 30 ROWAPS firms.
