We have been a prominent presence in the Czech real estate market since 1991. Originally known as Pražská správa nemovitostí, we are now known as PSN, a name that more accurately reflects our extensive portfolio and comprehensive range of services. Over the past three decades, we have solidified our position as leaders in investment and the restoration of historic buildings. Our landmark projects include iconic architectural gems such as Tančící dům (Dancing House), Dům Módy on Wenceslas Square, Palác Dlážděná, and the exceptional Vanguard Prague project. Our Philosophy We specialize in the art of sensitive renovation, carefully restoring the historical essence of buildings while reimagining them to meet the demands of the 21st century. We offer both residential and commercial spaces directly from the owner, with no intermediary commission. Our aim is always to enhance user comfort and elevate properties to contemporary standards of excellence. In 1995, we acquired the legendary Metronom on Letná, which has since become a symbol of PSN. In 2008, following extensive renovations, Dům knihy Albatros on Národní Street was transformed into sophisticated office spaces. In 2013, we took ownership of the Tančící dům (Dancing House), opening it to the public as a cultural and architectural landmark. In 2016, we added the iconic Kotva Department Store to our portfolio, preparing for its return as a symbol of luxury and design. In 2020, we expanded our holdings with the acquisition of City Empiria, one of the tallest and most prestigious skyscrapers in the Czech Republic. At PSN, we continue to build on our rich legacy, invest in the future, and transform spaces to create new opportunities.
