PT Marga Mandalasakti

PT Marga Mandalasakti (Astra Infra Toll Road Tangerang-Merak, PT MMS) was established on 4 October 1989 in Jakarta and started its commercial operation on April 1st 1990. The Company operates the 72.45 km long of Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, which connects West Tangerang and Merak, the further west of the Island of Java. The toll road passes through 3 cities – Tangerang, Serang, and Cilegon. Tangerang-Merak Toll Road is a part of the Trans-Jawa Toll Road network. Since 2005, PT Astra Tol Nusantara acquired PT MMS shares gradually, now PT Astra Tol Nusantara owns 79.3% of shares of Tangerang - Merak toll road. After acquisition by the Astra Infra group, PT MMS invested significantly in road revitalization and capacity and service enhancement.
