Founded in December 2004, PT Sinergi Mitrajaya Abadi (SMJA) is a leading manpower supplier to the oil, gas and mining sector (OMG Sector) providing highly skilled labor for on-shore and off-shore operations, in addition to a full range of catering and accomodation services. In order to meet the ever-growing and diverse requirements of the OMG sector both nationally and internationally, we carefully identify and interview suitably qualified candidates from our extensive and constanly updated database of personnel. It is of highest importance to us that we provide our clients with only the best available staff. SMJA began to diversity in 2009 to include manpower (both skilled and unskilled) to a wider range of clients, including to those outside the OMG sectors such as banking, IT, telecommunications etc. Later that year we opened a camp, catering and facilities management division. We source and recruit, hardworking, reponsible people on behalf of our clients.
