General Information University of Louisville Panama-Quality Leadership University is a private university founded in Panama in 1997. To this date, more than 1,200 professionals from around the world have culminated their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Today, more than 1,000 students are enrolled in our undergraduate and master’s programs, as well as our English for Professional Success and Continuing Education programs.
