Regional broadcasting station in the Netherlands, based in Rotterdam. The station is funded by the Dutch government and broadcasts a mix of informational, cultural and eductional programmes. The region is multicultural, very sportsminded. The people living in the region are known for their directness, which is also a hallmark of the station.
