Rise Up Forum, a social media group formed by a fraternity of youngsters during Kerala floods 2018 for flood relief activities is standing now at the threshold of acquiring multi-spectrum strategic capabilities towards Humanitarian assistance and disaster relief. A very slow but steady expansion of the organisation which include people from various professions including doctors, engineers, scientists, teachers, IT professionals, designers, college students and people from various walks successfully coordinated youth all over Kerala which attracted potential contributors from all over the world. The team evolved into a well structured, closed and organised one in a very few months. The fraternity earned its reputation and popularity due to its proactivity and rapid response throughout the locality of Calicut and the wide across Kerala. The projects that Rise Up taken were successfully completed with an extraordinary pace primarily because of the very active, responsive and responsible collection of youth working behind it. Currently, the fraternity has been established as a non-profit charitable trust named Rise Up Forum (Reg. No: 309/2018)
