RoseVilla Senior Living is a nonprofit, single-site Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), also known as a Life Plan Community. Founded in 1960, we are located on 22 lush acres overlooking the Willamette River in Portland, OR, and bring that natural Pacific Northwest inspiration into our community, both in the vibrant, forward-thinking way our community is built and in the way residents choose to live life. We have been breaking the mold of traditional senior living since we were founded in 1960. Today, our focus remains as ambitious as ever: We live to improve the lives of our entire community. Not just those who call us home. Not just those inside our walls. Our whole community. We believe that being part of a community isn’t just important—it’s critical. We’re singularly inspired by the power of connection and what it can do for those both within and beyond our campus. That inspiration powers a community where self-purpose, independence, and autonomy come standard. For millennia, humanity’s very survival relied on community. Life came from sharing. Combining. Doing life together. We believe that even today, it still does. Human connection has the power to transform lives. And we exist to help older adults transform theirs.
