Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN)

Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN) is a leading Nepali non-governmental, non-profit social development organization. With 30+ years of expertise in rural development, community empowerment, biodiversity conservation, disaster risk reduction (DRR), human rights, and governance, RRN has implemented projects in all districts of Nepal. In addition to its core mandate of implementing development projects, RRN actively engages in policy research, advocacy, lobbying, and campaigning at national, regional, and international levels. RRN has held Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations (UN) since 1997 and is recognized and accredited by global institutions such as the Global Environment Facility (GEF), the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), and the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
