St. Mary's College of Tagum, Inc. as a Catholic Institution is guided by its educational thrust --- 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐐𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄).
