Samarth eGov

Project Samarth is sponsored by MoE (Ministry of Education) and executed by Delhi University. It aims at equipping Indian central universities and other higher education institutions with information systems for process automation and e-governance. The project has been identified among the Top ICT initiatives of MoE (erstwhile MHRD).
