SEITCO is a Saudi Limited Liability Company registered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 5 Feb. 2014 with the purpose of managing, and supervising the operation of transport services for schools, managing fleets for companies and transport services by cars. SEITCO is % 50 percent owned by the Saudi Arabian Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) and % 50 percent owned by Emirates Transport.
