Our experience in making award-winning, quality Irish sausages and puddings goes back four generations of butchers to 1934. To this day, we continue to meet the growing needs of our customers, expanding our expertise to plant-based meat & dairy alternatives within our own brands - Sons of Butchers, Rudds - and private label.
