PRESENTATION The Ivorian Company of Construction and Real Estate Management (SICOGI) is a company of mixed economy with a capital of 4,566,200 000F/CFA. It was created in 1962 by the Government of Côte d'Ivoire to implement its housing program initiated in the aftermath of the country's independence. SICOGI is 80% owned by the State of Côte d'Ivoire and 20% by various private. MISSION Develop urban and rural habitat in Côte d'Ivoire SICOGI mission.
