SKS is a leading owner and commercial manager of product tankers. SKS controls 1x LR2s of 120k DWT, through a JV with funds managed by Hayfin Capital. The SKS vessel has a number of innovative features to ensure safe and efficient transportation of refined petroleum products, including large cubic capacity, six double valve segregations and individual deep well pumps in each cargo tank. The commercial management covers chartering, operations and post-fixture and is located in Bergen and Singapore. Technical management of the fleet is handled by OSM Bergen. SKS is owned by Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi AS, which is owned by the Jebsen family
