SOUTH BEACH PSYCHIATRIC CENTER (SBPC) is a psychiatric facility operated by the New York State Office of Mental Health. Our main campus at 777 Seaview Avenue, Staten Island, New York consists of an inpatient psychiatric hospital, outpatient clinic, ACT team and transitional living residence. SBPC also operates four outpatient clinics and an ACT team in Brooklyn, New York.
