Southcroft Lodge provides Hotel-style accommodation properties & mental health support and Intervention for : -Service users discharged from the hospital to B&B, Low support, and Short-stay step-down accommodation. -Step-up 24-hour support for those in crisis in our Community Crisis House. -Long-term supported-living community placements Our aim is to provide a therapeutic, structured environment for Service Users to continue their recovery in the community. *We have experience successfully working with NHS Mental Health Trusts to support the safe and timely discharge of service users from the hospital. *We offer regular Outcome Measure data that demonstrates our effectiveness and gives you assurance. *We can demonstrate positive client feedback from those who have used our services.
