SPHS identifies and provides health and social service needs throughout Armstrong, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland counties since 1964. SPHS and its affiliates provide child care, aging services, mental health treatment, developmental services, substance use treatment, homeless assistance, nutrition services, and family support services.
