Spearhead Training is one of the Middle East’s leading soft skills training brands. We have been established in the region for over 25 years, and over 40 years in the UK. We have delivered training to over 4,000 companies and organizations in the Gulf region, in more than 50 different business sectors. Worldwide, Spearhead has delivered training to over 26,000 client companies and organizations, and trained over 700,000 delegates. Our clients range from large multi-national companies, to small and medium-sized companies and organizations. Spearhead’s key objective is to improve the business performance of our clients by delivering Public and In-Company Training Courses designed specifically to meet our customers’ needs. On our Public Courses, we do this by maintaining low delegate numbers (a maximum of 12 delegates, with just 8 on certain courses), and by having 6.5 hours of face-to-face contact between the Trainers and the delegates. We have full-time, multinational specialist Trainers who work exclusively for us. Our Trainers have over 300 years of combined training experience between them, and a number of them are bilingual (English / Arabic and English / Hindi). Spearhead Training has been an approved ILM Centre since 2012. ILM is the UK’s leading body for management and leadership qualifications. As of January 2023, our pass rate for ILM Recognised Courses is 99%+. Our clients rated us 99%+ ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ for ‘Method Of Instruction’ and ‘Overall Assessment’ for all our 2022 Courses (including ILM). We have offices in two locations in the Gulf region – Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a quality driven Customer Focus Department in our Head Office, Dubai.
