Spectrum Property Care’s parent company (Spectrum Housing Group Ltd) merged with Sovereign Housing Association Ltd in November 2016. As a result, Spectrum Property Care Ltd (registered with Companies House No. 08758536, registered office: Spectrum House, Grange Road, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 4GE) became a subsidiary of Sovereign Housing Association Ltd.
