St Albans Cathedral

St Albans Cathedral stands over the place where Alban, Britain's first saint, was buried after giving his life for his faith over 1700 years ago. Today, the Cathedral continues to welcome pilgrims and visitors as a place of worship and historical interest, whilst also running a lively events programme and still serving as a parish church for the local community.
