We train to your specific needs + continuous training for your specific needs (we have a full training library that your VA can come back and get additional training whenever needed) We provide daily support + monthly support (we help manage your VAs from the back end) We provide VA and Team Leader weekly/monthly 1 on 1 call with our team managers (assists you with any issues and help with your VA being more productive) CEO provides VA additional monthly training and team leader training. We are here to train (not train on your specific systems, we train on specifics from the attached brochure). We are also here to support you and your VA and to continuously train and help assist you and your VA to implement new processes for your team. We are an extension to your current admin team. We find if the VA has a good direct manager they generally do very well and are great additions for the team.
