Stonehill Communities

Stonehill Communities is a faith-based non-profit organization that offers a full continuum of health and wellness services all on one convenient campus including independent and assisted living, memory care, inpatient and outpatient therapy and rehab, long term care, and a wellness center. We also operate the Caregiver Resource Center and provide non-medical home care through Stonehill At Home.
