Svyaznoy Bank (CJSC) is a full-service bank that was established on the basis of AK Promtorgbank. In 2010 the Group of Companies Svyaznoy and Promtorgbank decided to integrate into a large full-service bank. On October 1, 2010 Promtorgbank official changed its name to Svyaznoy Bank.
