Traditional Indian delicacies always have cultural & emotional elements attached. They are authentic in Taste & come with a rich history. They also resonate the love & comfort of home food from our master chefs, our good old grandmothers. The Problem : The Increasing dominance of western foods & hyper-commercialization of these products with palm oil & preservatives, we're losing the Taste, Tradition & Trust. Our Solution : We're Building for The New India with a 'G.R.E.A.T' Mission. G - Globalize - Take our regional Indian delicacies to the global food map through a cultural experience of our products R - Revive - Bring back our lost 'Food' prints by crafting experiences of history & emotions of home food in our products. E - Empower- Empower an entire ecosystem of small farmers & homepreneurs (small scale home grown entrepreneurs) surviving on making our Traditional delights. A - Authenticity - Prepare with the same authentic taste & homely ingredients from golden days with carefully curated recipes from our grand mother's kitchens T - Transform - Innovate Traditional Snacking with contemporary Twist to present them as the most preferred options for generations to come Our 'How' : Hailing from South India, at Sweet Karam Coffee, we're Re-creating Traditional South Indian & Millet based delicacies. We exist to Preserve. 1. Preserve our age old traditional authentic recipes of the South with a complete assortment of Snacks, Sweets, Podis, Pickles, Pappads & Filter Coffee. 2. Preserve sustainable snacking like Millet Snacks. With a 'Millet'y twist, the snacks become inherently organic, tasty & nutrient dense. Note - Ingredients like Millets need a third of the water required by Rice. They are hardy grains which can withstand long periods of drought, and they require little fertilizers to thrive. This makes them Organic in nature. We work to build this community.
