As a busy entrepreneur and parent, Beth needed convenient snacks that were healthy, yet still delicious. Smoothies made of fruits, nuts, and seeds became a tasty and popular staple for her family, but the prep, mess and cleanup was far from convenient. She decided to reinvent the format in which her family enjoys their daily smoothies – frozen in a cup for later, while maintaining a texture that feels indulgent like ice cream. Both healthy enough for breakfast and delicious enough for dessert – in a perfectly convenient single-serving cup. Beth knew then that she needed to share it with the world.
