MiC Talent Solutions is a fully owned subsidiary of Minorities in Cybersecurity, Inc. (MiC) that provides cybersecurity recruiting, direct hire, augmented staff, and professional service contracting solutions for organizations searching for minority, women, and non-binary cybersecurity talent. We are a National Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsor and a certified MBE by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). MiC Talent Solutions will work with organizations dedicated to increasing the representation of minorities, women, and non-binary talent in the cybersecurity field by providing a curated list of cybersecurity apprenticeships, job and/or consulting opportunities. MiC Talent Solutions will build on the success of our parent company, Minorities in Cybersecurity, which provides leadership development programming for next generation cybersecurity leaders.
