Tata Steel's Financial Shared Service center was set up in 2018 under the aegis of ‘Kalimati Global Shared Service Ltd.’ to undertake & provide support service activities to business functions of Tata Steel and its group companies on a global shared services model. The company has been renamed as "Tata Steel Business Delivery Centre Ltd." in May, 2023, having got the coveted Tata Brand membership.
