Team Envision PNEC NUST.

Team PNEC-NUST is a group of talented and hard working students from one of the most prestigious universities of Pakistan; National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). The Team has been representing Pakistan on international platform since 2009 and is, proudly, the oldest International Team from the country. Our aim is to design, build and drive the most energy-efficient car according to the competition rulebooks. We currently participate in two international competitions - Shell Eco-marathon & Tecknofest efficiency challenge. Shell Eco-marathon is a unique competition that challenges students around the world to design, build and drive the most energy-efficient car. We mainly participate in two different classes here- Urban category and Proto category. Teknofest is one of the biggest competitions in the world - organized by Turkish government in Türkiye itself. Teknofest comprises of multiple different challenges in which out focus is on the efficient vehicle manufacturing challenges. We have proudly unvieled our latest vehicle 'AZAAD-E' on 5th July 2024 as Pakistan's first urban electric vehicle. The name signifies the importance of freedom for our minds and Pakistan. This vehicle will be taken to Türkiye for Teknofest efficiency challenge. Since Team Envision's formation in 2009, we have been able to win 3 technical and 3 communications award internationally. We have also won a number of different national awards including being titled as Pakistan's most fuel efficient vehicle back in 2021.
