Private Business originally called "Smith Swift Solutions" that was setup to be able to service small to medium businesses which needed to outsource internal System admin, or required a consultant to go through infrastructure changes and recommendations with IS and security systems. The name was changed in 1999 to "Tech-Support" due to a larger portion of customers being enterprise and government.
