The Capital Group was established in 1996 in Accra, Ghana, to provide Human Resource and Financial Services Consultancy for the corporate sector. The Company builds on the expertise of its non-executive directors and multinational management team in the areas of Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, e Learning, Training, Corporate Restructuring and Change Management, Financial Advisory and Training and Debt Management. We employ more than 40 full-time employees, have a wide network of contracted consultants and trainers and manage more than 400 employees outsourced to our clients.
