We are a Multi-Academy Trust educating children aged 2 to 19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This means all our students require specialist expertise – something we have in abundance at The Gallery Trust. Across our growing family of Oxfordshire schools, we firmly believe every child has potential and that it is our responsibility, duty and privilege to draw it out of them. Indeed, every child in our care deserves limitless chances to become the person their potential suggests they can be. Our expertise in SEND provisions means we are well-equipped to respond to every student’s individual needs. We are flexible and bespoke in our approach which is underpinned by a set of proven successful policies, frameworks and principles that guide everything we do. Across the Trust our approaches include using a deep knowledge of our students needs and abilities which are used to identify and plan next steps in their learning. We are strong advocates for restorative practice which means children learn from their mistakes in a non-judgemental, safe environment where their achievements are recognised and celebrated. At the Gallery Trust, we want our children to be happy in our schools – to understand the benefits of positive relationships with each other, our staff, their school and wider community because a school that smiles together, thrives together. As such, we focus on nurturing our students so that they grow and thrive to the very best of their ability. Our schools benefit from dynamic, committed and hard-working staff who make a real difference to the lives of the children and young people we serve. Our expert practitioners have an unwavering commitment to giving our students the tools and confidence to make the very most of their opportunities – whatever their needs. A career in the Gallery Trust can involve so much more than just working at one school – it presents opportunities to work with children of all ages and with varying additional needs.
