The Student Association (SA) is the primary advocacy group for all 27,000 undergraduate and graduate students at The George Washington University. Chartered by the University's Board of Trustees, the SA is responsible for managing approximately $1.8 million in student fee money that is allocated to over 500 student groups. Consisting of a popularly elected President, Executive Vice President, and student Senate, the body is charged with working to promote the student experience by advocating, allocating, advertising, and assisting all students at GW.
