Home and Life insurance, too We also guide you through a range of home insurance and life insurance choices too, helping protect your mortgage, your home and family, and giving you peace of mind. As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply We do all the work When it comes to mortgages, we will explain the choice of Variable, Discount, Capped, Fixed and Cashback offers. We will complete all the paperwork, submit it to your chosen lender, negotiate your individual application and monitor its progress through the administrative procedures. Important information Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Typically we do not charge a fee, however if we do, depending on your circumstances, it will be a maximum of £250. We source from the whole of the market, with the exception of bridging loans and home reversion plans.
