P.G.D.A.V. College, since its inception in 1957 has been a premier institution for higher learning. The college; one of the oldest constituent college of University of Delhi; promotes academic excellence coupled with vibrant co-curricular activities to enable the holistic development of its students. At P.G.D.A.V., we believe in comprehensive education that goes beyond achieving academic excellence and vocational training. Our philosophy is to realize the overall intellectual, creative, cultural and socio-political growth and development of both the students and the college community in its entirety. The Placement Cell serves as an interface between the students and the corporate world. We aim to expand the employability of our students by organising soft skill sessions, career counselling sessions, skill enhancement workshops and seminars. Our primary focus is to provide a helping hand to the students in their initial step towards the journey of excellence. In our desire to be the best, we believe in building everlasting bonds with our corporate partners. Some of our past recruiters are Ernst & Young, Willis Tower Watson, Wipro, Royal Bank of Scotland, FIS Global, L&T, PwC and Convergys. In the past year, we have been the fastest growing Placement community among the constituent colleges of the University of Delhi.
