YOU is an innovative and 'can-do' registered charity working with vulnerable people to promote independent living and help them to have the "life they want". Working with thousands of vulnerable people in Hampshire and Dorset each year, YOU provides a range of services from advice, care and support to people living at home, in one of their refuges or registered care homes.
