The Bay

The Bay is a youth development nonprofit where we believe young people need culturally relevant programming and talent-building education to connect the dots between their organic interests and the jobs of tomorrow. Through our programs in Youth Engagement and Workforce Education, we help youth dream bigger. To do this, we rely on community partners and supporters with whom we can think long-term to solve some of our greatest problems – from youth delinquency, incarceration and dropping out, to businesses starved for talent.
